Beer, Wine, & Spirit Stroll MKI Pavilion Vendor Application
PLEASE READ THE RULES AND REGULATIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THIS APPLICATION.
The Chamber of Commerce Committee reserves the right to assign booth spaces. If your application is accepted, you will receive confirmation via email. No refunds will be given to vendors for cancellations. Vendors will have an 8ft x 8ft space with a chair provided at the MKI Pavilion, tables and displays will need to be provided by the vendor.
Vendors will also need to donate a raffle basket valued at $20 or more for customers to participate in a raffle drawing. All baskets must be dropped off at the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce (100 S. Holden St., Warrensburg, MO) by May 2nd, unless other arrangements have been made.
Raffle Drawing Information
When a customer purchases any item from you as a vendor, you will then give the customer a raffle ticket. The customer may then head over to the Warrensburg Chamber table and may enter their ticket into a drawing for any of the raffle baskets. Vendors will be given an envelope with tickets to give to the customers. If you need additional tickets, ask at the Chamber table. The Warrensburg Chamber WILL NOT be selling additional tickets for the raffle drawing. This is to allow the customer the chance to purchase from our local vendors instead of just a ticket – the more purchases they make, the more tickets they earn for the drawings.
Vendor Check In
All vendors may arrive at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 to set up your booth. Vendors may NOT arrive earlier than 11:00 a.m. to set up. Vendors will need to be set up by 12:00 p.m. at the start of the event. ALL vendors must check in with the registration table by 11:45 a.m. on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025.

Food Vendors must complete a Food Establishment Permit Application from Johnson County Community Health Service (JCCHS). A form must be on file with JCCHS. Contact them at 660-747-6121 or johnsoncountyhealth.org.

As partial consideration of participating in the 2025 Beer, Wine, & Spirit Stroll MKI Pavilion Vendor Event , I hereby agree to indemnify and hold the City of Warrensburg, Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce, and any other entity and their respective agents and employees associated with the event, from and against any and all liability arising out of action by the above listed entities harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, fines, and/or expense, including, but not limited to attorney’s fees, resulting from or arising out of a related personal injuries, loss of, or damage to, property or involving any impairment of, or damage to property because of my participation in Beer, Wine, & Spirit Stroll MKI Pavilion Vendor Event.

I have freely and voluntarily entered into agreement and that I have read and understand this agreement and the 2025 Beer, Wine, & Spirit Stroll MKI Pavilion Vendor Event Operating Regulations form entirely and agree to abide by the regulations.

I understand that my booth must be manned during ALL vending hours of the event and must be completely removed from the event space by 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 3rd.

Yes, I will always stay within the confines of my assigned booth with my products. Any sales and/or solicitations will remain inside my booth.

I understand that there is no smoking inside of the MKI Pavilion per their regulations and all trash produced in your booth space must be picked up and placed in the dumpster provided. You must provide your own trash cans for the public to use in your space.
