All vendor applications and payments are handled by the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce.

PLEASE READ THE RULES AND REGULATIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THIS APPLICATION. The Chamber of Commerce Committee reserves the right to assign booth spaces. If your application is accepted, you will receive confirmation via e-mail no later than April 6th, 2026. If your application is not accepted, your fee will be refunded. APPLICATION DEADLINE April 11th, 2026, or until full. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER March 21st, 2026.

Vendor Check In Agreement*

*** Food Vendors must be set-up by 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 18th, 2026. Food Vendors must complete a Food Establishment Permit Application from Johnson County Community Health Service (JCCHS). A form must be on file with JCCHS. Contact them on 660-747-6121 or johnsoncountyhealth.org. Food vendors may be subject to inspection by JCCHS and the Warrensburg Fire Department on Saturday morning. ***

*** ALL vendors must be set up by 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 18th, 2026. ALL vendors may arrive no earlier than 9:00 a.m. ***

*** ALL vendors will be assigned a check in point a week prior to the event.***

Hold Harmless Agreement*

Now this _____ day of ______________ 20___, as partial consideration of participating in the 2026 Beer, Wine, & Spirit Stroll , I _____________________, hereby agree to indemnify and hold the City of Warrensburg, Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce, Warrensburg Main Street, and any other entity and their respective agents and employees associated with the event, from and against any and all liability arising out of action by the above listed entities harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, fines, and/or expense, including, but not limited to attorney’s fees, resulting from or arising out of a related personal injuries, loss of, or damage to, property or involving any impairment of, or damage to property because of my participation in Beer, Wine, & Spirit Stroll.

Operating Regulation Agreement*

I have freely and voluntarily entered into agreement and that I have read and understand this agreement and the 2026 Beer, Wine, & Spirit Stroll Vendor Operating Regulations form entirely and agree to abide by the regulations.

Booth Agreement (1/2)*

I understand that my booth must be manned ALL vending hours of the event and must be completely removed from the event space by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 18th , 2026.

Booth Agreement (2/2)*

Yes, I will always stay within the confines of my assigned booth with my products. Any sales and/or solicitations will remain inside my booth.
