Blind Boone Park is located in the heart of downtown Warrensburg and will be a wonder for all to see when the restoration is complete. Plans include adding a monumental statue, gazebo, picnic tables, a sensory garden for the blind, a shuffleboard court, a horseshoe pit, and other features that will explain the history of Blind Boone Park and John William "Blind" Boone.

Cave Hollow Park is located on the west side of Warrensburg on Gay Street. This park includes two ball fields, six volleyball courts, sled runs, paved nature trail, playground equipment, concession stand, and an outdoor shelter.

Culp Park is the most recently acquired park and is located at the intersection of Main and Hale Lake Road adjacent to Lions Lake and Pertle Springs. The 50-acre park will contain nature and hiking trails that provide scenic overlooks.

Grover Memorial Park is an 18-acre park which is home to the Warrensburg Community Center. This park also has an outdoor pool, eight tennis courts, playground equipment, a gazebo, and a ball field. The park also houses the previous community building and may be rented for events.

Lions Lake is a 30-acre park between Hale Lake Road and the Spring Ridge Addition. This area has numerous picnic tables, a covered shelter, fishing, and a youth ball field. The lake is also a resting area for migrating Canadian Geese and the home to several domestic geese and ducks.

Marr Park is located between the Broadview Housing addition and the Central Missouri State University Farm. This park has 17-acres that contain a walking trail, bridge, outdoor basketball goal, shelter, and plans for a youth playground.

Shepard Park is located south of Business 50 between College and Holden Streets. This park has a pavilion, several picnic tables, and is home to the largest playground in the city.

West Park is located at the end of West Pine Street. This 160-acre park has a nature trail, native grasses, soccer complex, and ball fields.

Knob Noster State Park

This 3,567-acre park is located off Hwy. 50 on Hwy. 23 just East of Warrensburg. The park features a nature center with exhibits, several small lakes, a small stream, a wooded campground, hiking, an equestrian trail and camp, and two group camps.

Powell Gardens

Powell Gardens is a 915-acre botanical garden offering beauty, learning opportunities, and a peaceful setting. The Gardens seek to inspire the appreciation, beautification, and conservation of the environment. Powell Gardens features classes, exhibits, a gift shop, a cafe, a non-denominational chapel, and trolley rides through the gardens. Come and enjoy all that Powell Gardens has to offer.
