WMMC is a fully-accredited acute care facility located in Warrensburg, Missouri. A not-for-profit county Medical Center, WMMC offers comprehensive health care services to residents of Johnson County and west central Missouri.  WMMC is located on the corner of East Gay Street and Burkarth Road, just south of Business Route 50 East.

Johnson County Community Health Services (JCCHS)

JCCHS was established in 1975 under County Health Center Statutes, Chapter 205, RSMo. Guided by its elected Board of Trustees, JCCHS serves as the County Health Department and operates three programs.

Public Health provides preventive care, health education, nutritional support to women, infants and children (WIC), environmental public health services, and serves as the local registrar for birth and death records Home Health promotes independence and recovery in the home setting through nursing, therapy and social services. Hospice utilizes a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to provide quality end-of-life care. Home Health and Hospice are both federally-certified and licensed to provide services to Johnson and Lafayette county residents.

JCCHS works collaboratively with area community groups and providers to address a wide range of health care needs to eliminate health disparities and increase the number of healthy years that Johnson county residents live. JCCHS strives to improve the quality of life of our clients, their families and the community by providing quality professional services.
